1. Do we have the option of viewing the project while it is being getting developed?

You can view your project while it is being developed. In case of website development, it gets developed and hosted onto our server to get your feedback. This would help you keep track of the progress on your website. You can also get in touch with our project manager at any time. We will also send you regular project status reports.

2. Do you guarantee the security and confidentiality of our intellectual property?

This clause is covered in the IP contract, and NDA is also signed between The Computer Experts U.K. Ltd. and the customer specifying the same. The same clause is also covered in the contract signed between The Computer Experts U.K. Ltd. and its employees. In addition, we audit our processes and train employees on a regular basis. These efforts ensure that our customers' intellectual property is always secure.

3. How do you handle change requests from your customers?

We have a standard procedure of handling change requests from our customers. Firstly, we seek their approval for any change request. After the customer approves the request, we do an impact analysis. This allows us to deliver the timelines and cost estimates to the customer. Once the customer approves the estimates, we implement the changes.

4. Do you provide post-development maintenance?

Yes, we provide support for all services and products we design on the basis of the product license. This mostly includes bug-tracking and fixing. Feature enhancements and developments are also handled.

5. What details will be required from us?

Our working principle is completely interactive. For a successful design project realization we need detailed specifications. You should mention all your preferences concerning style, color gamut, shapes, etc. Also it will be greatly beneficial if we get description of the application the design will be developed for.

6. What if I want you to work with a technology that you are not familiar with?

It depends. If it is a modern technology that may be applicable to our future projects, then we will acquire the expertise at no cost to you. On the other hand, if it is unlikely that it will ever be useful for any other foreseeable project, then we reserve the right to charge you for the time spent learning it.

7. What is the minimum project size that you will accept?

To us, the viability of the project and its ability to excite us is what matters, not whether it is small or big.

8. Who owns the software that you write for me?

Once your project is completed and paid for the software is completely owned by you. This means you get everything that is necessary to build, maintain, or extend the software. However, we do like to retain the right to reuse the source code for our future projects, provided it does not contain any proprietary or protected information belonging to you. Obviously, if this is likely to cause a problem, we can customize the terms to your needs.

9. When is your support available?

We operate to normal UK working hours (8.30am to 5.30pm).
